Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality, maintainable, reusable code adhering to SOLID principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to demonstrate developed features in an Agile environment.
- Resolve complex system integration challenges with internal and external teams.
- Share knowledge and reusable code assets within the CO+I engineering team.
- Utilize subject-matter expertise to drive project plans, release plans, and work items.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), addressing system/product issues, monitoring for degradation or downtime, and restoring functionality.
- Proactively explore new trends and technical solutions to enhance reliability, performance, and observability at scale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline, with coding experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or Python.
- Experience in data engineering and backend development.
- Proven ability to adapt to new technical trends and patterns to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Ability to meet Microsoft and government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
