Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and decomposition frameworks for portfolio performance tracking.
- Leverage new data sources to enhance benchmarking, generate insights on customer behavior, and analyze portfolio trends.
- Conduct bespoke analyses to understand revenue optimization, customer benefit usage, and performance drivers.
- Design customer segmentation frameworks, optimize targeting strategies, and create engagement triggers.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage data needs and enable competitive benchmarking.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Post-Graduation or Graduation from a top-tier college.
- Batch Eligible: 2023, 2024
- Skills Required: SQL, Python, data analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, creativity, programming (optional).
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in data analytics.
- Strong ability to derive insights from data and drive actionable outcomes.
- Proficient in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
