Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Graduate Software Engineer to join our development team. This temporary position offers an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance. You will collaborate with senior engineers, contribute to innovative software solutions, and gain hands-on experience in modern software development practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Gain exposure to version control, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices
- Contribute to process improvements and best coding practices
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Technical Skills Required: Java, Python, Golang, Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, Git, SQL, Agile, Scrum, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, TDD, CI/CD
Key Outcomes:
- Participate in 3 code reviews per month to enhance coding skills
- Write and commit 20+ pull requests adhering to team standards
- Successfully use Git for version control with a 90% task completion rate
- Complete at least 3 small-to-medium-sized tasks or bug fixes per iteration
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions or document a technical topic
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in software development projects (internships, personal projects, or academic work)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization
