BCG is hiring Junior Data Analyst

Overview:
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join the BCG X Delivery Business Modelling team. This role involves working on advanced analytics projects, collaborating with consulting teams, and delivering data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver original analysis and insights by owning analytics modules
• Work with case teams to develop and implement data solutions
• Analyze, synthesize, and visualize data for effective decision-making
• Develop expertise in analytics tools and methodologies
• Execute analytical approaches and contribute to project outcomes
• Communicate insights clearly through reports and presentations

Required Skills:

• Strong data analytics and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with Excel (Advanced & VBA), Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
• Working knowledge of Python or SQL for data processing
• Understanding of ETL processes and data engineering workflows
• Excellent communication skills to present insights effectively

Education Requirement: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Technical Skills Required: Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, ETL Processes, Data Analytics, Data Visualization
