Branch Internation is hiring Android Software Engineer Intern

Role Overview:
As an Android Software Engineer Intern, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers to design, build, and enhance Android applications. This role allows you to make significant contributions to Branch’s platform while gaining valuable technical and professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop functionality for Android applications across product lines, including Lending, Investments, Wallet, Payments, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
• Integrate third-party systems such as payment gateways, identity providers, and messaging platforms.
• Debug, test, and deploy applications for millions of users.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience building native Android applications with real-world users or open-source contributions.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, Android SDK, and app architecture.
• Proficiency with Android Studio and command-line utilities.
• Familiarity with the mobile development landscape, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Eagerness to work in a distributed team and learn from global teammates.
