Job Description

CSG is looking for Software Development Engineers trained in Mainframe technologies to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who have completed Mainframe training from a reputed institute.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of new features and software functionality under close supervision
• Learn to write and maintain Mainframe Assembler code while adhering to coding standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and code comments
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
• Gain exposure to real-world software development and Mainframe system operations

What We Look For:

• Strong foundation in Mainframe technologies (Assembler, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS)
• Completion of Mainframe training from a reputed institute is mandatory
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced software development environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team
