Job Overview

Join EY’s Tax Technology Transformation team as a Junior Data Analyst. This role is designed for individuals with a strong foundation in Python programming and a keen interest in data manipulation and analysis. You will primarily work with Python and Pandas to organize and transform accounting datasets, facilitate data-driven decisions, and ensure efficient data processing.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manipulate and transform accounting datasets using Python/Pandas.
  • Create Python scripts to automate data cleaning and reconciliation processes.
  • Build data pipelines connecting various data sources like SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs.
  • Analyze accounting data and generate actionable insights.
  • Reconcile tax data, accounting data, and financial statements.
  • Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and document technical processes.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficient in Python with understanding of data manipulation using Pandas.
  • Experience with SQL queries and relational databases.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, information technology, business analytics, or related field.

Batch Eligibility

The role is open to graduates from the year 2022 onwards.
