Responsibilities:
- Define test plans, test cases, and quality goals in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
- Execute test plans for various platforms, including hardware, local, networked, and internet-based systems.
- Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify issues and validate features.
- Establish QA processes, documentation, and defect tracking systems.
- Monitor QA metrics to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
- Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle, participating in design reviews and sprint planning.
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and continuous QA practice improvements.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software development.
- Expertise in creating and executing test plans and tracking defects.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization environments is highly desired.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
