Job Description:

Principal Responsibilities:
- Translate business problems into analytical challenges and lead small teams in delivering solutions across various regions and business units.
- Identify business opportunities, diagnose analytical issues, and propose actionable solutions to drive higher value.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, with hands-on involvement when required.
- Conduct high-quality analysis and provide strategic recommendations to address business challenges.
- Build hypotheses on customer behavior and growth scenarios, using qualitative and quantitative techniques to identify causes and solutions.
- Execute data-driven analytical approaches to improve decision-making across customer lifecycle phases, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and attrition management.
- Document and present insights, supported by solid analytics, to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
- Support cross-functional and regulatory analytics initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or a related domain.
- Strong experience in executing complex analytical approaches and solving business problems, especially within the Credit Cards function.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and analytical tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of predictive tools such as Decision Trees, Forecasting Techniques, and Random Forests; experience with Gradient Boosting is an advantage.
- Understanding of lending portfolio business drivers and the ability to perform financial analysis
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related fields
Technical Skills Required: SAS, SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Decision Trees, Forecasting Techniques, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting
