IBM is hiring Associate System Engineer [2024 or prior]

Job Description:
Join IBM Consulting as an Associate System Engineer and contribute to improving the hybrid cloud and AI journeys of some of the most innovative companies worldwide. You’ll work at IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical expertise and fostering innovation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to existing failures with support from architects and technical leaders.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, release, and troubleshooting.
• Drive discussions with stakeholders and analyze landscapes to deliver creative coding solutions for hybrid-cloud and AI applications.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience in collaborative, process-driven environments.

Education Requirement: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, Dual Degree, MSc, MCA in CS, IT, or related semi-IT/circuit branches with a minimum of 6.0 CGPA or 60%

Technical Skills Required: Java, C++, Python, Node.js, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), problem-solving, analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills
