Inkle hiring Backend Engineer Intern [Python]

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators to gather and address technical and design requirements
• Work with front-end developers to design cohesive, functional code to enhance the user experience
• Troubleshoot and debug applications and optimize performance through UI testing
• Develop new features, products, or programs by monitoring industry trends and advancements
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on best practices and programming languages
• Take the lead on specific projects as required

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Django, Python, database management, and data modeling
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing technologies and designs
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Initiative to reach out to reporting managers and contribute proactively
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve

Technical Skills Required:

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
