About the Role
Join a dynamic team of technologists and product owners in a multinational environment. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with agile teams to define, analyze, and document business requirements for financial crime and reputational risk solutions. You will work closely with product owners, UX designers, and development teams to shape innovative SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the primary liaison between product owners and development teams.
- Manage and groom product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Act as a Scrum Master when needed.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, user stories, and BDD.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience in business analysis within global organizations.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong documentation skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Technical Skills Required

Education & Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (CBAP certification is a plus).
