MiQ hiring Software Engineer [Java/Kotlin]

About the Role:
MiQ is a global programmatic media partner driving innovation in digital advertising. As a Software Engineer I, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing software components, ensuring high performance and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software components and systems with full ownership.
• Agile Development: Work within an agile team utilizing CI/CD pipelines to enhance product delivery.
• REST API & Backend Development: Build and optimize multi-tier web applications and REST APIs using Java Enterprise and cloud environments.
• Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries and work with Big Data technologies.
• Optimization & Innovation: Evaluate and implement new frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance software development.

Who You’ll Work With:
You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product Leads, Engineering Teams, Data Science, Analytics, and Trading departments, to drive software innovations.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year experience in software development with Java, Kotlin, or C++.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience in Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Passion for learning and improving software engineering practices.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
