About the Role:
As an IT Help Desk Intern, you will provide essential technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT tickets, and ensuring seamless IT operations. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in IT support and learn best practices in resolving technical challenges efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
- Manage IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
