Your Day at NTT DATA
The Managed Services Service Desk Agent will be your gateway into the workforce. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and vendors, you’ll manage calls, chat requests, and tickets, honing your service desk capabilities. You’ll be responsible for managing standard operating procedures while handling service requests and incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Log, validate, and diagnose client requests, applying agreed service level agreements using standard tools and processes.
- Provide first call resolution when possible, leveraging standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate closely with resolver groups to ensure timely updates are sent to the client.
- Identify gaps in current procedures and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure professional service quality and client satisfaction are maintained.
Knowledge and Attributes
- Passionate IT self-starter with a drive for continual learning and professional growth.
- Methodical approach to problem-solving and ticket resolution with a sound judgment to escalate issues when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work in 24X7 shift structures, ensuring flexibility and dedication.
- Familiarity with network technologies such as WAN, LAN, WLAN is beneficial.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 13 years of education is required with a diploma in IT or a graduate degree.
- ITIL v4 foundation certification is preferable, showcasing advanced knowledge of ITSM best practices.
Required Experience
- Preferable experience in Technology Industry and Call Center environments, equipping trainees with relevant industry insights.
Batch Eligibility
