Required Skills:

Technical skills in telephony, networking, infrastructure monitoring, client service, server hardware and storage administration are expected.
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing is required. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
