About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will provide technical and business support to Oracle’s internal sales teams, helping them resolve queries and optimize sales processes. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills in a dynamic 24/7 work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Sales and Revenue processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex queries
- Participate in testing and implementation of new applications
- Meet support KPIs and targets
- Keep up to date with new releases and enhancements
- Handle administrative tasks as needed
- Work independently and collaborate with teams for process improvements
