Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products following both internal and external standards.
- Design and execute software test plans, analyze results, and recommend corrective actions.
- Create and maintain documentation of test results and quality control procedures.
- Plan and oversee product inspections and testing to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Investigate product quality issues, document findings, and provide solutions.
- Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain issue logs.
- Perform manual testing for new development features and execute automation scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality standards.
- Work in rotational shifts (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM) and provide weekend support if required.
