Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Java Developer to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for software development. The selected candidate will contribute to building robust Java-based applications, collaborating with a skilled team of developers and stakeholders, and gaining hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and create technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debug and resolve software issues promptly to ensure smooth application performance.
• Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and optimize performance.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated on the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Qualifications
Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java programming and solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Desirable):

• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to RESTful APIs or microservices architecture.
• Relevant academic projects or internships showcasing Java development.
• Knowledge of Angular or other front-end frameworks is a plus.

Eligible Batch: Graduates from 2022, 2023, and 2024 batches.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
