About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project/Program Manager Intern to join our engineering team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and management of technical projects within our product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Communication

- Provide clear and concise updates on project status, potential blockers, and required escalations.
Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Help identify potential risks in product development and work on mitigation strategies.
- Support the development team in resolving technical or operational challenges affecting project timelines.
- Gather and analyze project data to provide insights that enhance decision-making.
Process Improvement and Optimization
- Evaluate current project management methodologies and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Recommend and implement tools that automate workflows and optimize project execution.
- Support the adoption of Agile methodologies, ensuring best practices are followed.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud computing, and software development workflows.
- Project Management Acumen: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess project needs and propose solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and process tracking.
