About the Role:
As an Associate Test Engineer (Automation), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to execute testing strategies, investigate defects, and contribute to the development of test automation frameworks. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for software quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and address issues.
- Investigate defects and determine root causes.
- Execute test cases, log defects, and maintain test documentation.
- Learn and contribute to automation testing frameworks.
- Foster strong team collaboration and connectivity.
Eligibility:
- Batch Eligible: 2022, 2023, 2024.
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
Technical Skills Required:
Data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, web programming, testing frameworks, test automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as ISQTB or Java are a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
