About the Role:
As a QA Intern, you will ensure the quality and reliability of Syfe’s products through manual and automation testing. Based in Gurugram, you will work alongside experienced QA engineers and developers, contributing to a seamless experience for users. This role provides hands-on learning and a chance to impact software quality directly.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases to identify defects and deliver high-quality software.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression and smoke testing.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to define test plans and understand requirements.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using project management tools.
• Ensure test cases and scripts are well-documented, reviewed, and regularly updated.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manual testing concepts and test case creation.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java for basic scripting.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in software quality assurance.
