Overview:
Tata CLiQ is looking for an SEO Intern to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic through strategic search engine optimization. You will work closely with tech, product, and analytics teams to implement SEO best practices, keyword research, technical audits, and performance tracking. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise-level SEO for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research & Analysis: Use Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs to identify high-ranking keywords and conduct competitor analysis.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headings, canonical tags, schema markup, URLs, and content for better search visibility.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct website audits, resolve indexing issues, fix crawl errors, and eliminate duplicate content in collaboration with the tech team.
  • Voice Search & AI SEO Tools: Research and implement strategies for voice search optimization and explore AI-driven SEO solutions like BuzzSumo, BrightEdge.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain a detailed record of SEO experiments, implementations, and outcomes for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Required: Understanding of SEO fundamentals, analytical skills, proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and strong written/verbal communication.
  • Preferred: Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), HTML/CSS, and familiarity with e-commerce SEO.

Education Requirement: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
