About the Role:

As a Graduate Intern, you will contribute to systems powering one of the world’s largest private customer databases, high-performance scalable systems, mobile platforms, and robust security frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to develop large-scale distributed systems and reliable services
- Build and maintain systems like master data for items, supply chain tools, and integration layers
- Enhance user experience through mobile development and associate tools
- Contribute to complex security frameworks and massive in-memory databases
Education Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Technical Skills: Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, Java, C, C++, Problem Solving, System Design, Analytical Thinking, Communication Skills
About the Team:
You will work with Sam’s Club tech division—Walmart’s membership warehouse club that delivers unbeatable prices and services like Scan & Go, Club Pickup, and home delivery. The team is focused on innovation and creating value for millions of customers and associates.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals
- Good command over at least one programming language: C, C++, or Java
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passionate about technology and innovation in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
