Job Summary:
New Relic is looking for a recent graduate to join as a Software Engineer in Hyderabad. This is an opportunity to kick-start your career in software engineering, gain hands-on experience in observability, and build innovative solutions ensuring seamless digital experiences. Responsibilities:

Learn and master processes, systems, and tools to establish a strong software engineering foundation
Work with observability technologies to build solutions that enhance digital experiences
Design and develop frameworks and platforms from scratch using modern technologies
Participate in team meetings to plan and prioritize work effectively
Engage in peer code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance software quality

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 6 months of hands-on experience through internships, co-op programs, or work in software development
Strong interest in SaaS, Observability, or Cloud Databases
Leadership experience in student organizations, volunteering, or community activities is a plus
Demonstrated pattern of continuous growth and increasing responsibility over time

Work Model: Flexible (Office-Based, Remote, or Hybrid)
