About the Role:
We are hiring a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Growth and Experiences team. You will play a crucial role in developing Confluent Cloud UI, building tools and features that enhance user experience and admin productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable web applications and intuitive data flows for client-side applications
Build interactive visualizations and interfaces for Confluent Cloud
Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize performance and API integrations
Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement engaging and responsive interfaces
Partner with product managers to create a seamless and user-friendly experience

Required Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of professional experience in frontend development
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks like React
Experience with Webpack and frontend development best practices
Solid understanding of algorithms, application design, and distributed systems

Education Requirement: B.Tech, M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
