Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of Kenko’s features and capabilities to develop high-quality website solutions.
Collaborate with clients to gather specific website requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely development and deployment with exceptional results.
Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows based on customer feedback, industry trends, and product updates.
Stay updated on website development best practices, tools, and technologies to improve processes.

Requirements:

Internship experience of 0–6 months in website design or development.
Familiarity with website development platforms (experience with Duda is a strong advantage).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and responsive design practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Creative problem-solving skills to adapt and enhance workflows.
Effective communication skills for understanding client needs and providing updates.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
Willingness and availability to work in the US time zone.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (pursuing or completed)
Technical Skills Required: Website development platforms, Duda, SEO principles, responsive design, project management, communication tools, collaboration tools
