Role Overview:
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will contribute to the design and development of software for Qualcomm’s mobile chipsets and cutting-edge technologies. This role offers hands-on experience in areas such as multimedia technologies, wireless modem technologies, platform-level software, and IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop real-time embedded software and device drivers.
Work on mobile software development for platforms like Windows Mobile, Android, or Linux.
Design and develop multimedia technologies, including audio, video, and imaging solutions.
Contribute to wireless modem and connectivity software and firmware development.
Build software architecture for embedded devices based on Android and Windows.
Collaborate on communication protocol stack software development and kernel, BSP, and device driver development.
Utilize object-oriented programming to design and implement solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of OS concepts and data structures.
Proficiency in C/C++ and object-oriented design.
Knowledge of wireless network standards such as CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE.
Experience with Linux/UNIX, Linux Drivers, and Kernel Development.
Familiarity with protocols like TCP, UDP, IP, SIP, and RTP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirement:
Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
