Adobe is hiring a Software Quality Engineer to contribute to the development and testing of innovative features in ColdFusion, a powerful server-side web application platform. The candidate will work with Java, ColdFusion, databases, automation frameworks, and web servers to enhance and optimize platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Work with ColdFusion engineers to develop and implement new features
Identify and validate innovative ColdFusion features throughout the development process
Author and implement detailed test plans for feature certification
Develop and optimize automation workflows for rigorous feature testing
Engage with the ColdFusion community, addressing queries and collaborating on improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced coding experience in Java or ColdFusion
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Experience with application servers (IIS, Apache)
Hands-on experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
Exposure to Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms
In-depth knowledge of automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, AI-powered tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
