Key Responsibilities:

Execute transactional services accurately and timely as defined in the global product catalog for internal customers, adhering to company regulations and guidelines.
Manage customer calls, register notifications in CRM tools, dispatch engineers, upload productive hours, and ensure notification closure and NPS survey completion.
Perform assigned tasks with the highest quality standards and rigorously follow up on pending queries and open topics with ownership.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on handled activities as required.
Maintain a robust tracking mechanism for processed transactions and ensure adherence to deadlines, especially during month-ends.
Demonstrate flexibility in working shifts and meeting dynamic business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP, or relevant educational background in logistics.
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education Requirement: University degree in relevant fields such as Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines

Technical Skills Required: ERP software, SAP, CRM tools, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, data reporting
