Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer I to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications. The candidate will work on Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API) and gain hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular), databases (SQL Server), and Agile development tools (Azure DevOps).

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions for specific areas of the application
Take ownership of production systems managed by the team
Learn and apply new system design concepts
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects
Ensure effective communication within the team and across teams
Identify and address gaps in internal team communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant experience in software development
Experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
Strong knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks like React or Angular
Experience with SQL Server and database management
Exposure to unit testing frameworks (MS Unit, QUnit)
Familiarity with Git for version control
Understanding of Agile development and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluency in spoken and written English

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Azure cloud platforms
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
