Who You Are:

You have exceptional written communication skills and a passion for writing
You believe in expression, clarity, and concise content
You have a computer science background but are interested in technical writing
You want to create content that preempts questions, simplifies technology, and enables digital adoption

Key Responsibilities:

Ask the right questions to gather critical information for documentation
Articulate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content
Write structured, well-organized documentation that enhances user understanding
Use HTML, XML, Markdown, and other markup languages to format technical documents
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written material, maintaining high editorial standards
Take ownership of tasks, seeing them through to completion with pride
Continuously refine writing to make it more impactful with fewer words
Embrace technology, simplify concepts, and enable better digital adoption
Accept constructive feedback and improve continuously

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical Skills Required: Technical Writing, Content Writing, Documentation, HTML, XML, Markdown, API Documentation, Software Documentation, Communication Skills, Editing, Proofreading, Digital Adoption
