Overview:
Join Victoria’s Secret as an Associate Software Engineer, focusing on front-end web development. Responsibilities:

Work with senior developers to learn and implement front-end technologies for web application functionality and visual presentation.
Assist in creating reusable, maintainable, and accessible cross-platform HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components adhering to web standards.
Participate in development processes using AT/CI/CD paradigms with a focus on testing.
Contribute to optimizing front-end performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
Ensure accuracy and detail in development processes and deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end web development.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience

Technical Skills Required: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Front-End Web Development, Agile Methodologies, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Development Patterns, Testing and Debugging

Qualifications:

Collaborative and flexible team player capable of working with distributed teams.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with new technologies, tools, and development processes.
Exposure to front-end development and testing practices is a plus.
