Key Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth understanding of Bookee’s platform to create high-quality website solutions
Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and ensure smooth development and deployment
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results
Maintain clear documentation including user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends
Stay updated on website development best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance processes

Requirements:

0–6 months of internship experience in website design or development
Familiarity with website development platforms (Duda experience is a plus)
Strong technical adaptability with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Basic understanding of SEO principles and responsive design
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Creative problem-solving skills to enhance workflows and improve customer experience
Effective communication skills for understanding client needs and providing updates
Willingness to work in the US time zone when required

Education Requirement: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical Skills Required: Website Development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, Responsive Design, Website Development Platforms, Duda (Preferred), Process Automation, UI/UX, Customer Success
