Responsibilities:

  • Define test plans, test cases, and quality goals in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
  • Execute test plans for various platforms, including hardware, local, networked, and internet-based systems.
  • Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify issues and validate features.
  • Establish QA processes, documentation, and defect tracking systems.
  • Monitor QA metrics to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
  • Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle, participating in design reviews and sprint planning.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and continuous QA practice improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software development.
  • Expertise in creating and executing test plans and tracking defects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization environments is highly desired.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
