Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data science techniques to extract actionable insights, build predictive models, and contribute to solving business challenges through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and gather data from relevant sources, clean and process large structured and unstructured datasets, and integrate variables for building predictive models.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models through experimentation, error analysis, and performance enhancements.
• Apply statistical models such as regression, time series analysis, and predictive techniques to interpret complex datasets.
• Communicate insights, findings, and data-driven recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

About You

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, with practical implementation experience.
• Expertise in statistical modeling and predictive analytics.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data analysis and machine learning projects.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and distributed computing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
