Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate front-end applications, including capturing information, using fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
  • Apply backend techniques such as gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and internal collaborators using verbal and written communication.
  • Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
  • Prioritize work based on severity and balance client and business needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to address issues with the appropriate personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • Ability to work shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST and provide on-call support.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
