About the Role:
As an IT Help Desk Intern, you will provide essential technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT tickets, and ensuring seamless IT operations. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide technical support to end-users via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Manage IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
