Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical designs effectively.
  • Provide technical leadership to develop reliable, scalable, and efficient web solutions.
  • Design, review, and deliver high-quality code and technical documentation.
  • Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability through automation and monitoring.
  • Manage dependencies and collaborate with upstream and downstream engineering teams.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional growth.
  • Define and enforce standards for coding, testing, and monitoring across the team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with general-purpose programming languages like JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, Redis, Kafka, or Golang.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving environment.
