Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with merchants, banks, and relationship managers to assist with onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Monitor and track onboarding progress, ensuring compliance and documentation requirements are met
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in business operations or a related field
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
