About the Role:
We are hiring a Salesforce Developer Intern to join our Customer Support IT Engineering team. You will work alongside experienced developers, architects, and QA engineers to build and enhance Salesforce solutions that empower Customer Care Agents, Customer Success Managers, and Business Partners. This internship offers hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, ChatBot, and AI to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and architects to design and develop solutions using Salesforce
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce apps using native and custom objects, flows, validations, APEX, LWC, APIs
  • Participate in design sessions and contribute to technical documentation, process flows, and data models
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce technical debt
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and software standards
  • Actively engage in problem-solving and suggest innovative solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field
  • Basic programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or similar languages
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, flows, and process builder
  • Experience with Salesforce APEX, LWC, Flows, Triggers, APIs is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with engineering teams and business partners

Education Requirement: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field

Technical Skills Required: Java, Python, C#, Salesforce, APEX, LWC, Flows, Triggers, APIs, SQL, SOQL, Agile, SDLC, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules
