About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will provide technical and business support to Oracle’s internal sales teams, helping them resolve queries and optimize sales processes. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills in a dynamic 24/7 work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for Sales and Revenue processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex queries
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new applications
  • Meet support KPIs and targets
  • Keep up to date with new releases and enhancements
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed
  • Work independently and collaborate with teams for process improvements
