Job Description:

• Work as a Software Developer in Test (SDET) on releases for SOTI products.
• Create feature files and develop tests using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Review code and identify gaps while implementing BDD.
• Conduct code reviews and gap analyses.
• Reduce regression cycles and enable quicker product releases.
• Manage the end-to-end product release cycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and Scrum Masters to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to enhance team skills.
• Participate in Agile rituals like sprint planning, grooming, estimates, and demos.
• Report on product quality and testing progress to leadership teams.

Experience & Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills:

• 0-1 year of experience in software development or testing.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (C#) and OOP concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify and execute test scenarios.
• Good communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks and test script creation.
• Experience with SpecFlow and related tools for BDD.
• Knowledge of database and API testing.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Visual Studio, and Jira.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Understanding of black-box testing techniques.
• Knowledge of QA processes and the ability to create effective test cases.
