Roles and Responsibilities

• Build frontend and backend components using modern tools and technologies.
• Develop highly scalable distributed systems and cloud services.
• Participate in software development activities, including design, estimation, coding, code reviews, unit testing, and bug fixing.
• Address non-functional requirements like performance optimization and memory management.
• Quickly prototype ideas and concepts.
• Research and apply the latest industry trends.
• Mentor developers to maximize team potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of programming experience in React JS and Java technologies (frontend-focused full-stack role).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with TDD and tools like JUnit and Mockito.
• Experience with automation testing and monitoring tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Eligibility
