Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and decomposition frameworks for portfolio performance tracking.
• Leverage new data sources to enhance benchmarking, generate insights on customer behavior, and analyze portfolio trends.
• Conduct bespoke analyses to understand revenue optimization, customer benefit usage, and performance drivers.
• Design customer segmentation frameworks, optimize targeting strategies, and create engagement triggers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage data needs and enable competitive benchmarking.

• Education: Post-Graduation or Graduation from a top-tier college.
• Batch Eligible: 2023, 2024
• Skills Required: SQL, Python, data analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, creativity, programming (optional).
