Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Process Executive – CDM/PV with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. The role involves utilizing Generative AI and MS Excel to enhance customer data management and resolve customer complaints effectively within the Life Sciences domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Implement and maintain Generative AI tools for customer management processes.
• Analyze customer data using MS Excel to identify trends and suggest improvements.
