Job Summary:
Innovaccer is hiring IT Apprentices to assist in configuring and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, and permissions. This role involves troubleshooting Jira-related issues, gathering requirements from teams, documenting best practices, and recommending process improvements. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in IT operations, project management tools, and collaborative environments.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and permissions
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for Jira issues
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for Jira configurations
• Document best practices and user guides
• Stay updated with Jira features and recommend improvements
