Role Description
As a Technical Specialist – Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver key engineering components that meet business goals. You will play a pivotal role in the enhancement and deployment of applications, ensuring robust, maintainable, and well-tested solutions. This role involves mentoring junior team members and driving technical improvements across modules.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy source code, including configurations for infrastructure and applications.
Work with Java, Python, Apache Beam/Spark, and GCP (Data Engineering services).
Build and manage data workflows both on-premises and in cloud environments.
Debug, fix issues, and provide Level 3 support.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Implement architectural changes and contribute to continuous technical improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve software defects/bugs.
Collaborate across SDLC phases, contributing to QA strategies and architectural decisions.
Write and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and deployment instructions.
Manage application maintenance and technical change requests.
