About the Role

As a Software Development Engineer I (Data), you will design and develop impactful tech solutions while working in a collaborative and innovative environment. This role focuses on creating prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-ready code in Java and Python. You will also gain hands-on experience with modern technologies such as Spark, Scala/Pyspark, and cloud platforms.

What You Will Do

Seamlessly convert designs into efficient and scalable code.
Build prototypes and proofs-of-concept for iterative development.
Work hands-on with Spark, Scala/Pyspark, and cloud platforms.
Develop and manage data lake solutions.
Mentor new engineers and develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner, incorporating feedback effectively.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.
Maintain content quality and ensure consistency with the brand.

What You Will Need

Proficiency in coding with Java and Python.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, including space and time complexities.
Practical experience in Spark, Scala, or Pyspark.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and data lake management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
