Job Description

CSG is looking for Software Development Engineers trained in Mainframe technologies to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who have completed Mainframe training from a reputed institute.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of new features and software functionality under close supervision
Learn to write and maintain Mainframe Assembler code while adhering to coding standards
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and code comments
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
Gain exposure to real-world software development and Mainframe system operations

What We Look For:

Strong foundation in Mainframe technologies (Assembler, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS)
Completion of Mainframe training from a reputed institute is mandatory
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced software development environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team
